oh ya I like it! Thanks Cris! I can be the point guy, and I love the ticket system too, lets do it ;) We could just assign a number for each pack, 1-100, and then do a random number generator to pick the winners afterward.

Ill setup a separate thread once we got the details sorted.
I will certainly be in for at least a few packs

That is awesome Cris! Do we need to pick 1 "flavor" of food for the entire box? Or and we mix and match?

I think I'd like to try some Reef Frenzy and some Fish Frenzy, I don't think I've ever actually used any of Larry's foods before.

Hey Alan I was just wondering if you were still around the other day. I forgot your handle, hope all is well
Yep, I'm still here. I'm doing ok, how about you? Nice to see you back with a new tank. Not doing much with the tank now a days, other then water changes, feeding the fish, etc..... I try to check MASC every week or so, not as often as I used to. Life has been pretty busy.

This was on Larry's FAQ on his website:
Q: Will You Be Releasing LRS Foods In A Cube Package?

A: We get asked this question frequently and have investigated the options to purchase the equipment to produce "cubes." However, further discussions about this revealed our blends are not really suited to be "squished" into the industry standard 4x6" cube tray. In fact, a long time reefer and business owner told me "Larry, the day you grind your food up so fine that it can be placed into small cubes, will be the day it is not worth using anymore." Several foods such as mysis and bloodworms can be "cubed" much easier than our foods, which are textured, and have pieces of seaweed. At this time we have been recommending the end user simply create their own custom sized cubes by using a knife and a cutting board.

Our foods have minimal water in the blend which permits them to be cut into cubes with little effort as shown. Water freezes into ice and you cannot slice ice! Many aquarium service companies purchase our foods to cut up for their clients in pre-portioned feeding squares. They realize this is a small chore since LRS foods keep their clients' aquariums so much cleaner!

I don't know if that really answers the question....

LRS packs are 8oz. So if you are talking about normal brine/mysis cube packs they are 3.5oz. PE mysis cube packs are 4oz. If you are using Ocean Nutrition formula 1 each cube pack sheet is 3.5oz and there is a twin pack.

Hope that answers your question.

Nope, the box can be a variety of whatever you guys want. Reef Frenzy, Herbivore Frenzy, Fish Frenzy, Ted's Chunky (bigger chunks for predator tanks).

For quick reference http://www.larrysreefservices.com/lrs-food-blends.html

Ill start a spread sheet to keep track of everyone's order(s) so fire away. Also everyone will either need to bring me cash prior to purchase, or arrange payment directly to Cris. Price for each flat is $21

Im down for 3 Reef Frenzy

Just seeing this. Yes brineshrimp direct was the group order I had issues with. Mostly excessive Psychrotrophic bacteria leading to water fowling. Might not be a big deal in bigger tanks. I didn't like the bacterial growth or funky smell in my freezer either. It wasn't in all packs though.
