As far as fish I would prefer to get all coral and rock out before selling fish. To much disturbance to tank and coral removing corals and rock to catch individual fish to different people.
I have to move out of my apartment in 2 and a half weeks. I would prefer to get ride of fish and tare down take then.
So if people could wait that long for fish that would be great. Thanks
