DOS help

So my Neptune dos stopped dosing... my daughter unplugged the entire tank for her environmental studies class. She plugged a kilowatt meter in and then plugged the entire tank back into it for a while. Since then my dosing has not happened. I can press the physical buttons on the DOS and it works, the lights work... if I turn the tile on in fusion nothing happens... suggestions before I call Neptune?

Have you unplugged the doz and apex at same time.

Is cable between apex and dos plugged in properly.

Have you tried restarting apex system so that it reboots.

Got it! Just unplugged, deleted the tiles and plugged in and rebooted.
