20 gallon FO build.

So I have a 20 gallon tank that I just tore down from fresh. I want to turn into a saltwater tank, fish only. However I'm not in a position to drop 300 bucks. So I was wondering if I could get some sand, salt, small rio pump, (65 gallon is good.) Salt-ometer (too measure salinity), basic test kit (pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate), and a small over flow box like thing all for around 100 dollars.

Small rio pump for a return pump or in tank circulation? i see you looking for an overflow box too so I should assume sump but I don't see it listed.

Yeah a sump, but I figured I could just make one.

I have a 300 gph pump. Not sure what kind it is off hand. Also have an acrylic wet/dry plus a overflow box. The box is missing the tube that goes from the surface Skimmer box into the overflow box. I'll let them all go for a hundred. The pump actually goes to a hob skimmer. (Just a cheap one) but ill throw the Skimmer body in also for that price.
