I have one kessil and one Ecoxotic cannon on these systems to provide some blue led punch, but all the work is done by the halides.

For the purpose I am using them for it works better. I wanted some led to help offset the halides on the grow out. I can raise them up high and not have a strip blocking peoples view. But yes I would say they are comparable.
