Bacterial or hors devours?

something is wrong with some of my palys. There seems to be something infecting them or maybe something is nipping at them. If any of you knows what's going on here, i would sure appreciate the help.

Can you pull them out and check them? Do a dip?

I can pull them out but I wouldn't know what I'm looking for. I didn't know they have dips for bacteria.

if you can pull them out, dip them in peroxide for 15 minutes...
