Here is how I do it personally - Just buy some pickling lime, mix 50/50 with RO water and microwave for 40 secs. Make sure to turn off all of your pumps (including return pump). Then just use a 5 ml syringe from pharmacy (usually they will give you one for free) and inject the dead center mouth of the aiptasia. Let sit for 15 mins with pumps still off then turn pumps back on. This works really well I assure you
I wouldn't do anymore than say half of a pee cup or say 50-60mls or 2 oz in one day.
