Gloves Rubber

#1
Does anyone use them? I have a set that I use if my hands/arms aren't clean, like when I get home from work and haven't taken a shower yet. My only problem with them is that I have gotten water in them before and let them dry out but they smell really bad now, like sweaty socks that have been worn for days. Anyone have an idea of getting the smell out? I was thinking of throwing them in the washer with bleach/vinegar, any thoughts on this?

I would go with vinegar. It will kill the fungus and you won't have to rinse it a 1000 times to ensure it's reef-safe. Bleach may damage the rubber.

ya that is the one major issue with those long gloves. I soak my in vinegar too and then flip them inside out to dry

Thats what i do too. Have a ton of Zoas so protection is paramount. Just white vinegar and dry em inside out.

I pull them inside out and and hot wash with vinegar in the wash machine then air dry in the dryer
