The smaller circles r about the size of a pin head and the larger ones centered are a little smaller than a dime. Looks like red "plumage" (feathery) when they extend out.

Haha. Yea that's what I saw to. I have no idea what it is tho. Came from the remnants of scchase frag tank when he tore it down Tuesday.

The structure looks like it could be a cyphastrea...but yea...not much left. Personally I wouldn't toss it just yet, as I've seen stuff that looked completely dead come back...but chances are it's pretty much gone.

Yea that's exactly what they look like just very far gone. Will try to put them into some low light and see how they do.

There's about 10 red polyps that come out and it's expanded some along the rock, just not coloring out yet. Think it was covered by other corals for a while before I got it.
