Is my crocea ok?

Some of the pictures have similarities, but I don't want to do a freshwater dip if thats not the case as some people say it will do more harm than good. The only thing that doesn't add up with pinched mantle disease is that it the rest of the mantle is completely extended. Do clams usually do this when infected.

I havent noticed anyone nipping it, but here is my fish list: 2 clowns, 3 chromis, 1 clown goby, a one spot foxface and a purple pseudo. It is directly below my AI Sol blues running 100 on both blues and 65 on whites for 11 hours per day. It is 8" below water level which is 12" below the lights. Water parameters: Ammonia 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate .3, Calcium 460, Alk 11.5, Mag 1450.

Today I noticed that it spread some more so I am planning on doing a 25 minute freshwater dip in the next hour or so. I did some research and the majority said the FW dip helped significantly so that's what I'm going to try.
