So I picked up this tank recently in exchange for a 5p of hallucinations and still working out the details of it but should be fun!


Details on the tank:
30" x 26" x 22"
3 holes drilled 2x 3/4 inch and 1x 1.5"

Equipment that I have so far for it:
Jebao DC-6000 return pump
Bubble Magus Nac 5.5
Hydor ATO
Reef Keeper lite (Probably going to buy a apex for it instead)

As for sump, I am thinking about going the trigger systems route and get a Trigger Ruby 20 and a Trigger ruby 10g ato chamber

Nice! I like the look of the trigger system sump. Is this setup going to have a theme? Zoa tank? Chalice tank? Your 150 is SPS dominant tank, I feel like this one needs a theme! In Ft. Collins you had a seahorse tank, then a Macro tank.....THEMES!

Yah I am going to only keep leopard wrasses in it As for corals I am thinking Zoas and SPS

One of the big questions for this tank is am I going to do 3 part dosing, Kawlk, or CA reactor.... I have a nano CO2 rig from a 25g planted tank I did so I could work a way for a small calcium reactor.

yup reef keeping is my drug the other tank is still fighting aptasia and algae. I will be ordering 10-20 peppermints when my out of home seller does another order. Peppermints out here from the shops are like $12-15 each.

Well just an update. Ordered the apex and some other stuff for the tank and started plumbing it.
