I have two frags that have been closed for about a week. Have moved them and no results. Everything else is fine in the tank. Took them out and inspected them but didn't see anything wrong. What should I try??

I always re-dip when in doubt.

Also, what's your Alk at? I notice my zoas are sensitive to Alk swings. They close up when it's off...

I'll check the alk. Should I dip in coral rx or peroxide?

temp too high (over 78 is not great for some)
high N or P
wrong kind of spectrum - they can "fight off" some bad for a while, then they just wilt and die
pests

See if anything comes off in the dip. Post your tank params.

Ok. Here are the parameters. Also its a 29 biocube and I do a weekly 6 gallon water change.

Mag- 1200
ALK- 3 meq, 8.4 dkh
CALC- 300
PHOS- 0.5
TEMP- 80
Salinity- 1.025

Rediped the corals in coral rx and didn't find anything.

The only corals in the tank are zoas and palys

Temps a lil high, calcium a lil low.

Also, any way to double check you salinity? I ran into issues long time ago, and my salinity was off.

And some zoas just close, and never open up. Do you know the lighting there were under before you got them?
