Piece of acrylic, with two filter sock holes, can someone make me one of these?

I need to either buy a piece of acrylic, or have one made to hold my filter socks in my sump. Does anyone up north here have a piece of acrylic I can buy, or can I hire someone to make me one? It would be about 17 1/4 wide X 5 inches deep, with two 3 1/2 holes drilled in it.

BRS has single holders for $25, but I like the look of this one on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/201546357114?lpid=82&chn=ps&ul_noapp=true I just don't know if you could custom order those bulkheads to your (probably) larger diameter drain lines? But for about $50 it doesn't seem out of the ball park expensive.
