Questions about Snowflake clownfish

This is Ripple. Sorry for the crap pic.

I purchased her/him from dvenson who had her listed as a Semi-Snowflake. Is she semi because her white dosen't connect?

How are snowflakes rated?

I'm also wondering if the area I've outlined in pic 2 will eventually be black. When there's light behind it, it looks like dark pigment under-lying.

Just for further reference this snowflake pic I borrowed from ebay has that dark appearances as well.

It's a semi snowflake because none of the stripes touch.
I consider a full snowflake as a fish where at least the middle and front bars touch.

Thanks Zooid. Daniel may have already told me that but I couldn't remeber.

Do you ever have snows with the dark area underneath the white? If so, does it eventually become black?

I think mine have some black under the white right now.
Key's female snowflake still has black under her white and she's the mother
of all my snowflake babies.
