Still don't have the ok on Friday access yet. I have been told it will be a few days before the event that they will let me know. However I will check in next week and see if the room is booked the night before as of now.

OK EVERYONE WE HAVE 100% PERMISSION TO SETUP EARLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


We have arranged and have received approval for an early setup time FRIDAY the 21ST from 6-8pm so please if you are planning to setup early be there between those times and ...........plan to be finished by 8pm SHARP with no if ands or butts. Please respect that this this is not a hotel policy this will be a MASC policy since volunteering/unpaid Board Members will have to be there both days the whole time.


*Also so that everyone knows, there is a chance I might not be there at the event either of the days as my wife is scheduled to have a baby any minute, hour or day now. So......with that being said Adam and or Craig will be your contact people at the show.
