I have a 29 gal fugue 19in of it by 6in high is deep sand bed. What's the best fish or critter to keep it stirred, cleaned, and looking nice? I have a bunch of snails but I think I need someone a little bigger to do the dirty work. I'm going with the tube to clean bits here and there slowly but I'd like someone to do a bit for me. I'm waiting on the tube for a bit too cuz my phosphate is a little high right now.

I put in a few nassariuss, but I wasn't happy. Added a strawberry conch and sand sifting star, that did the trick for me. KIM, the stars need to eat so you may want to until your tank is more established to introduce it

scattering sand on frags, Khensura s would get a mouth full of sand and go to the top and dump it.

I have a pink spotted and he seems pretty well behaved, but your mileage may vary lol

Yeah I hated that fish, he would scope up sand and dump it on every coral I owed. Try a jawfish or a pistol shrimp.

Was going to get a diamond for the DT sand bed that's not deep. This I was more looking for the sump 6in deep bed so corals won't be a worry there.

Overrated, I had two cucumbers in there when my light fell into my sump. I was so worried about it, I trashed my pink one and couldn't find my tiger tail. Turns out the tiger tail was just fine. I think the one with the destructive rep are sea apples.
