I have a RedSea Reefer 250 that will be used for a planted freshwater community tank. An aquadecor stone background is on the way. After that is installed there is probably 50 gallons of swimmable space minus gravel&plants.

I was thinking of keeping:

Pair- German Blue Ram
Pair- Apistogramma
Pair- Angel Fish?
School - Cardinal tetra
School - Rummy nose
School - Glass catfish
School - Cory Cats
School - Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish
School - Longfin Cherry Barb
Some - XL Amano Shrimp, Otocinclus, Flower Shrimp, Snails

List looks pretty good. Glass cats can be finicky eaters. Rams tend to like acidic water, and may not mix with the apistogramma. Better waiting till the tank matures for those. Schools of rasbora work well in planted tanks as well. Also keep in mind that cardinals do better in warmer water.
