Name change and post editing?

Two quick questions...

1. Is it possible to have an admin/mod change my user name? I signed up under this name years ago when we were first thinking about getting into the hobby. I'd like to change it to "Etoimos" to be consistent with the other sites I'm on.
2. Is it possible to to post editing rights in the first post of my tank build thread?

Thanks for the name change. I was hoping to attend some of the meetings, but it does not look like there has been one since June. I do gain lots of info off of this site, so I don't mind going the paid route either... so I just started a 1 year subscription.
