Which controller?

Never used a controller before. Am looking for a controller which can do the following (and anything else I may not be aware I need ;-)

1. Adjust multiple LED dimmer levels on DIY LED setup.
2. Shut off heater when the heat gets to a certain level.

Optional:
3. Shut off a pump when water is detected
4. Add water when level is low.

Totally clueless so any and all help appreciated. Would like simplicity over cheap but am not looking for absolute top of the line unless I really need it.

I have the Reef Angel and its pretty configurable. it comes with ATO switches, ph probe, temp probe and 8 outlets
you have to buy the wireless add on in order to connect to it remotely.
it has PWM ports (2) for dimming LEDs check out the site and the forum www.reefangel.com
There are other controllers out there but i am not sure of good bad or otherwise.

I have the apex and I love it, I have 8 ports that are completely controllable. Not sure about the water shut off but u might be able to find that info on their website. To go wireless u have to purchase the higher end model but to me its worth it!
