white coraline algae? pic

I had purple coraline that bleached to white when I switched to led lighting, but it can back after a month. Did your stuff start out white?

Havent really noticed it untill this morning. Not really squish just slimy.

Tank has been up for about 3 months

It looks very similar to the yellow sponge that is growing on a rock of mine... Came on pretty quickly... About 3 weeks or so:

Bleached out coraline is dead.

Looks like some kind of bacteria to me. If you take a turkey baster and blow on it does it move? If so its not bleached coraline if nothing happens I'd say coraline

Don't know haven't started testing for it. Only have afew zoas and xenia. Water changes every 2 weeks and I use kent reef salt

Has the coraline been exposed to air that kills it as well.

Doesnt move that I can tell. 2 weeks ago had to tear into rock to find dead cuc some rock had air exposure but mere minutes would that do it?
