    my aqueon 40 breeder actually turned out to have tempered glass in the bottom. anyone else find one like this?

    tried to drill the bottom and it spider webbed almost instantly

    The bottoms on these tanks are always tempered and usually have a sticker or label that says do not drill. Sorry to hear. I drilled the side and over tightened the bulkhead and cracked the whole side of one not too long ago.
