I picked up a bunch of sheets of this for my frag tank and only used a couple.

I have no idea whether the other stuff (polystyrene I think) really does leach Phosphates or cause algae to grow on it, but this stuff was basically the same price and I figured why not.

Anyone need some? $15 for a 2x4 sheet.

No white, should've said that.

I looked like crazy for clear, it does't exist. (some of the companies that make frag racks actually make their own, but nothing for consumers to buy)

Trust me, you don't want to. I got about 6 holes in for my new frag tank, and quit. I even bought the plasti drill for it.

Bring it to the swap, sounds interesting I might want some and I'm sure youd sell a few there

I can't make it, if anyone from up here is headed down though, I could possibly send it with them. You should also be able to get it at a lighting store if you want to just get some yourself too. It looks exactly like the white egg crate everyone's seen. I don't see anyway of telling the difference.

I have had it in my frag tank now for a little while and it's been great.

It's like this: http://www.lightingdiffusers.com/eggcrates/white-acrylic-eggcrate-louver-2x-4-10/ctn/

Yeah. I would've been skeptical if I didn't get them from a store with the wrap on them.

The guy said you could burn a little piece and the flame would be one color if acrylic, and another if styrene. But that's it.
