180g rimless + equipment for sale

#1
Hi all,

I know I'm bending the rules a bit here by making an account just to sell our tank, but its been a few years since I've been active in club activities... Anyways, my wife and I are moving to England and are selling our tank and all equipment. Below you will find a list of items that are for sale, along with pictures of most of them in action. All of the livestock and rock will be going to Elite Reef this upcoming week, but I plan to spend next weekend cleaning everything up and disassembling. So please let me know if you are interested in any of the below items:

- 180g rimless tank + stand, with Starphire glass on the 3 viewable sides. It is 60" x 30" x 24". I got this tank in 2008 from Aquarium Obsessed in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. The glass is 3/4" thick on all sides (and REALLY heavy!). The only flaws are some small scratches on the left side of the tank when viewing it from the front. These are not noticeable unless you are within about 2 feet of the tank and really focus on them, but they are there. I built the stand myself to somewhat mimic the Elos style. It is built with way more 2x4s than are probably necessary and it's been up to the task for 4 years now, so no worries about it buckling  $1500 for tank + stand

- Profilux Plus EX II with 2 dosing modules (6 dosing pumps total). Also comes with a water level sensor bar, Y-splitter, and 6-way power bar, and Propellor Breeze 5 mega-fan. Buyer will have to purchase his/her own sensors (water level, temp, pH, and ORP if desired). $800 for all of it (not willing to part it out)

- ATI Powermodule (non-dimmable) 10x54W (48" bulbs). Comes with bulbs if desired, although they are pretty old by now and are due to be replaced. $700

- Bubble King DeLuxe External 300. A real beast-mode skimmer that probably needs no introduction. $1100

- SpectraPure MaxCap UHE 100 RO/DI unit. Awesome unit and works 100% fine, although the buyer may want to replace the pressure gauge and one of the TDS sensors (my suggestion would be to ask SpectraPure if you could send the unit to them to replace all that stuff for you - they've been really good to me about taking care of their products). Also comes with the water reservoir I've set up, if desired. $350

- (2) Eheim 1262 pumps. I've been using these as my return pumps. $80 apiece

- (2) Tunze 6105 Turbelle pumps. Controllable flow speed by either a knob connected to the power cord, or can be programmed with the Profilux. $160 each.

- (1) Tunze 6065 Turbelle pump. This one puts out some serious flow, but is not controllable. I took it offline because it started rattling recently. It might be a bearing gone bad or even just a snail got stuck, but due to extreme business I haven't checked. I'm putting a reduced price on it in case someone wants to give it a try. $50

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please let me know via PM or email (epicscuzzy [ at ] hotmail) if you are interested in any of the above, thanks!
We live in Boulder, BTW.

Well if you ever want to sell the skimmer for $200 let me know! Lol you have a lot of stuff I wish I could afford!!! Good luck with everything!
Seriously? A $2000 skimmer and he is asking a respectable price at 1100 and you low ball a 200 offer. Wow
