Ive got 2x Ice Cap 660 ballasts, unfortunately they do not have the wiring harnesses as they were pretty mangled since I disassembled my last set up. One of the 660's is a newer one that does not require a heat sink and the other has the heat sink. They are both in perfect working order. Will accept cash or trade for coral.
