Well doing the weekly water changes on my tanks. Decided to clean out the sumps. Finished up the 90, finished up the 30. I sit down and look at the 30 and water is about to come over the edge of the 30. I freak out unplug both pc4's upon investigating the drain on the back isn't draining. So drain the back down take apart the drain to the sump and it's clogged with some nasty build up. Why would this happen? I'm changing the drain from 1/2" to 3/4" to help flow. Good thing I was paying attention, my living room could of had 10gal of water all over the carpet.

I would agree make the drain bigger, 1/2" is pretty darn small

Not much flow through the drain though so I figured it would be fine but bigger won't hurt.
