I'm pretty sure the active ingredient is magic. My sps are growing so much faster and more beautiful since I started using it.

I'm still on the fence with it. I have been using it about 7 months and haven't noticed any more benefit than simply feeding reef chili every night. Granted those are two different things. I found even using 1/4 the recommended dose in my nano it tends to promote algae blooms. Perhaps it just works better in tanks with better nutrient transport.

I have been using it consistently for about a year now. Not sure if its going great or just helping maintain coral health, but my corals look great. I also add some other additives so I can't isolate my success to fuel.

The color in my tank is a bit better with the stuff. Start out slow and move to the recommended dose. If you dose too much it can produce an algae bloom. Maybe Juan will chime in.

I used it for a while...2 months of consistently dosing 0.5ml (in my 28 cube) 2x a week and I noticed that my zoas and palys grew faster and had better color; no noticeable difference in my sps or lps.

I stopped using it due to cyano; anytime I dosed I got more algae on the glass, and cyano on a few rocks. After 2 months of not using it and reducing nutrients in my system, my zoa and paly growth has definitely slowed down, and a couple colonies do show a little less color, but still look fine to me.

I've tried to go back to using since getting nutrients under control...but the only thing it seems to "fuel" at this point is additional cyano growth. I've shelved it and started using reef chili more consistently; seems that my sps definitely prefer that decision as I've been getting much better polyp extension.

I think if I go back to dosing anything similar, I will likely just pick up an amino acid product. The Vitamin-C component in that product is effectively just a form of carbon dosing, which my cyano seems to appreciate greatly. I tried dosing at night to see if I got the same benefit without helping cyano growth, and that approach failed as well.

I have to say I am really interested in the Reef Chili. I am going to pick some up today. Will report back in a few weeks.
