Aqueon Proflex 4 Sump for sale

I have an Aqueon Proflex 4 Sump for sale. It has never been used as it was received with a crack on the top (shown in one of the pics). I contacted the supplier looking for a credit or discount as it just needs to be glued and doesn't impact the usage of the sump. However, they sent me a replacement and didn't take the other one back.

I don't need the extra sump so its up for sale. These go for $200+ on sale. Asking $175. It does not come with the 4" filter socks. I'm using them on my other proflex 4 sump.

No clue I do pictures through Tapatalk because I don't have to upload them to some picture server or worry about room on the scmas server

If anyone is interested in a picture, let me know. the picture in the link is of the smaller version. The proflex 4 has two drain returns and 3 filter sock holders in the first chamber.

I'm not selling it because I don't like it. I am currently running one on my 120 and really like it. I can show you how well they work. I've been holding on to it for the past year plus because I thought I might use it on a frag tank or another tank, but realize that I need to clear the excess equipment out of the garage and i'm up to 3 different sumps that I just don't need that have been collecting up from some other systems that I have purchased.

Anyone else that wants a picture, just send me a message and I can email it to you. I also have a lot of scrap acrylic in my garage if someone wanted to bolster up the cracked top section. This area isn't under any stress from what I can tell. It just holds the drain lines in place so that they deposit into the secondary tubes that help reduce the noise.

All sizes and thicknesses, the crack isn't under any stress and like Kevin said it is just a guide more or less for the overflow tubes from the display

I can tonight when I get home. Pm me your email address. It has never seen water as they sent a replacement, but the crack doesn't affect the stability of the structure and I would have used it if they had just given me a discount or a credit.

Get this sump while you can at this price. Could easily and very cheaply be fixed and price would be more.

Anyone know how much their replacement socks run? Or will the BRS 4"s ones fit?

I get mine from Amazon when a vendor drops the price. I think I picked up two from this link the last time, they were $15 when I bought them and now they are $13. now that I turn off the return pump during feeding, I change the socks out every week to week and a half.
