Best medium sized grain sand?

Well my new tank was delivered today and I am starting to put together the things I need to set it up. I am wanting to use a larger grain sand than what I currently have in my 30. I am using sugar size sand now and I'm gonna need to go bigger to accommodate more flow in my 40. What sand do you recommend?

Here is what I like and Im pretty certain you can get it from a number of our vendors - I know for sure Keys Island and AquaMart carry CaribSea (and possibly others I would bet) live sand

I recently switched to Tropic Eden, super nice, dump it into the tank, without washing, no cloudy water...

Also did you use the reef flakes or mini flakes? What size grain did you use?

I like the carib sea special grade reef sand. It is dry and messy, though.

I have two blends, I'll need to check. Mini Flakes is definitely fine stuff, in my main display. I have a nano I dropped the Reef Flakes into, more texture, and zero blowing in the pump waves.
