best place to get dry or live rock ?

I don't know if it's the best place but I get all my live rock at AA now. Cris always seems to have a pretty good selection at good prices. If he dosnt have what you want I'm sure he can get it.

You can go to almost any LFS and get boxes of LR for pretty cheap - like $3-4 a pound. You will have to cure it yourself. If you want more than one box, it can get even cheaper.

How much do you need? Are you sure that you want to deal with the issues of dry rock?

They also have a lot of very nice shelf pieces also.
