Best place to purchase leds

Im seeking the quickest way to purcahse LEDS that will cover my 125 6 feet long. I need these asap which is why im trying to buy local. I dont undertstand to whole 1 watt v 3watt v 2 watt thing. I want clams in my tank. why is 40 3 watts better then 120 1 watts.

Are you looking for a DIY or pre-made units.

If you are looking pre-made and want good build quility and want them fast then reef koi might be your best bet.

+1 to reefkoi's units. Everyone I have talked to that has used evos have been happy with them including myself. My understanding is the benifit of having 3w LEDs is that you can run them under full power and they will last longer

My in laws bought two of the 150 watt dimmables for their tank from Reefkoi and they are very nice. Every time I go over I mess with the spectrums lol

I did go with Reef Koi's. I got 2 150 watt dimmible. Blue/White 2:1. Hooked them up last night and the lights made my coral and RBTA look outstanding. Total cost for 2 was $840.00. Chris also threw in 2 digital timers. Tank looks great.
