Both tanks full setups

First of all, no I don't have pics right now. The tanks are at my wifes house.
I have a 90 gal cube with a hot tub pump and recirculates with another pond pump, 35 gal fuge/sump. A nice skimmer, 2 sets of 250 W MH with nice ballasts.
Several hundres pounds of live rock A 75 gal trough with a 125 gal frag tank. Pumps, heaters, a bunch of livestock.

What I need is for someone to trade me everything I have for a smaller (like 60 gal) system that I can put up in my apartment. The 125 is my daughters and she is going to be devastated to find out her mother wants the tanks out of the house. If you are interested, give me a call and I can try to tell you specifics. It's about 30 by 30 by just out of reach of anything I need to move at the bottom.
Hopefully after all this has blown over I can begin collecting anion and metals data.

I have done non drilled tanks if you have trouble finding what you need and want to try drilling. Have space to hold stuff if you need, if your rock is still live room for a tub etc.
