Bought a TDS meter.......

#1
So I bought a TDS meter and went crazy testing all the water I could get my hands on. My tap water is 120ppm. The RO/DI I "was" buying 170ppm :mmph:. My freshwater 440 ppm.

Needless to say, I should of bought one of these A LONG time ago.......

Anyone know a good place to buy water? I have been unable to hook up my RO/DI unit ever since we moved into our apartment out here.

Do you have a washer hook up in your apartment? I run my ro-di off my cold water supply for my washer. Making your own pure water sure beats lugging around buckets of water.

I would walk in there with your tds and test it in front of them. They must not change there filters ...ever!! Good water for algae and diatom blooms tho :D

Yeah. I showed them their TDS. They claim that someone changes out their filters...... either way I am looking for a new supplier until I can get my RO/DI set up again...... Anyone got some good suggestions for the Parker/Aurora area?

Well, just looking for about 20 gallons atm. I leave for a week on Wednesday so I am just trying to get enough for a quick water change and then top off while I am gone. I have a friend watching my tank but he will only be adding water and feeding.
