Just wondering if anyone has experience with this vendor good or bad. I am planning on doing a lab with students in May and I like the mix of amphipods and copepods. Is there another good local source for pods that can establish themselves in the tank?

Yup...great source.

I ordered some pods that were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, but the courier dropped the ball. I didn't get the package until Monday...4 days in transit and I got a bag full of live, healthy pods.

Only place I order my CUC from. Great deals and everything has always shown up alive and in great condition. Plus you always get more then what you ordered. Last time they didnt ship my order on the day they were supposed to so they overnighted to me at no additional cost and threw in 2 emerald crabs and 5 peppermint shrimp.

I bought one of my dragonettes form them as well, came with 1000 pods. Not only was the fish great looking when he arrived, but the pods were all very healthy and there was way more than 1000 of them.

I have had good luck with them too, when small problems arose they took care of me. I have been in 4 or 5 group buys from them and have ordered the pod packs they have, they come in a bag with a sponge and are packed with pods.

Craig told me this was a great company.
I have had great success with Reefs2go, ordered some pods and they came with a heat pack inside and it happend to be
one of our seventy degree days. It was the first time my order didn't arrive alive and thriving. I received a follow up note
from R2Go and I told them the pods were not healthy and they immediately sent out a replacement shipment, no questions asked.
I think a good company stands behind their service and their shipping even when shipping is free.
I totally recommend this company.

I too ordered pods from this company and was very happy with the product. Arrived alive and it was fun to watch them fly off the sponge they shipped in.

I would be in, as long as the pickup wasn't too far from where I live. (Arapahoe and I-25) Sorry to be a PITA, but things have been too crazy to sneak in a drive up north in the middle of the week. Depending on how many people join, I could possible host it at my house.

It takes $150 to get free shipping, I can do $50-60 easy, probably more.
