Chalice lighting?

What type of lighting helps the chalice look the best with its colors, grow really good, and keeps it thriving. Does LED work good for them? How does Led treat the chalices? Is it too much lighting. Does it grow them well, with better color than halides?

With chalices i have had better growth under my AIs then i did under halides. Some blue LEDs always make the colors pop!

Yeah...led is great for chalices. Think that's the only light reef koi keeps over his stock tank.

Yea i use sol super blues and tge colors are AWESOME its tuff to judge actual amounts of growth but mine seem to do better than average with growth as well as colors. I know zoalander uses LEDs and he has amazing growth and unreal colors. I think water quality has a lot to do with it to when it comes to growth.

I've had a frag of green mummy eye for over a year, never grew until my water quality started improving and I put it under LEDs now it's growing pretty well for a chalice, at least better than it was, and looks awesome!!
