I have a 1/4 HP aqualogic delta star, but it leaks. It might even be a 1/3, but I cannot remember. It works and cools water, but it needs to be sealed up. If you want to give it a shot, $100. It will need a controller. 110V.
I have a 1/10 HP JBJ Arctica that is supposed to be good up to 130 gallons. I haven't run it for about a year and a half but it was working fine as of when I took it off my tank (switched to LED lights and did not need the cooling any more). PM me if you're interested.
