Closing threads

Is there a way to do a bulk close? If so could an admin close all my open threads?

I know on SCMAS, Romebaby was able to close like 50 at a time without it affecting the stream.

I can bring it up with other members of board however one problem I see is if someone is flaming someone they can just close their thread and reopen to make more remarks.
