This haddoni carpet has been in the CHS reef for nearly 12 years, and it was in captivity for another 4 years or so, for a total of 16 years living in an aquarium. It is a rather special piece to me, so PLEASE do not bid on it unless you are aware of the care requirements (it's not rocket science, and this one has been through a lot so it is bombproof, but I just want to make sure you understand what you're doing and are not going to put it in a tank that's 2 weeks old).

It is large, between 14"-16" I would guess when fully expanded. Eats once a week or once a day--or in the summer about five times in two months. You may take the mated pair of ocellaris clowns if you would like them as a package (if you do not want them, please let me know at the end of the auction). The male is a disbar; the stripe on his right side does not connect, so it looks like a saddle. They mate regularly (just laid another clutch a few days ago).

Auction guidelines:
Bid in any whole-dollar increments you would like; opening bid/reserve listed below. The auction will run until 7:00 p.m. Friday March 22—I will take the highest bid where the time stamp reads 6:59 or earlier. If you have questions, please PM me and I will respond as quickly as I can. Cheers.

Opening bid: $90

That is awesome, I received a free mated pair of clowns that are going on 10 years old from a MASC member quitting the hobby for a bit.

The auction will be closing tomorrow, and I may not be online at the exact moment if closes, so I wanted to send a final reminder that once the clock hits 7:00 p.m. the auction is closed, so I will accept bids up until 6:59 p.m.

Once it closes, I will try to PM the winning bidder to verify and schedule pick-up day/time. I don’t need a to-the-minute itinerary, but a general ballpark will help me keep things straight, know whom to expect, and prevent me from waiting all the way until 4:00 when no one else is coming.
The address is:
Columbine High School
6201 S. Pierce St.
Littleton, CO 80123

You will want to park in the upper lot—the one at the light on Pierce and ?Leawood? The building will be open, so come in the front doors (under the arched awning) and walk straight down the main hallway all the way to the end. Turn right and you’re in the library. The reef is in the back-right corner of the library in case I am in the back room.
