What I believe to be the coral life aqua pro light 150 watt DE metal halide fixture. Honestly its condition is decent as I have had for awhile and it has been in storage. I bought it from a lady and used it for a year and it has been in storage for years now not running, but when it did run it worked well. Besides some dust and some cosmetic issues, I turned the fixture on and well the halide ballasts and lamps work which I have no idea how long the lamps have been used for, so they need to be changed out. The fixture has been modified with with bright blue led strips that were expensive when I bought them and they still work good. I have no idea what brand the leds are or their effectiveness, but what I do know is that they were bought from LFS and modified to the fixture for moon lighting and to add some more blue to the to our halides. The blue moon lights that come standard on the fixture still work, but seem weak and some of the leds have missing covers on them, but the leds that are modified in the fixture make up for the weak blue leds that come standard. Also the t5 lamps that leds replace are no longer able to be put in place as the led strips were take the place of the t5 lamps and the other t5 side of the fixture does not work. I dont know if t5 bulbs are just dead and wont start on that side when I plugged them in or if there is an issue with the circuit. The fixture is still usable and while it needs to be cleaned and some work done, I believe it will it will still give life to a reef tank for many years, so with its current condition and what I see people selling them for as there is a person on amazon selling the same fixture used in good condition for $500, but I will take $150 for the fixture.
