I have six XT-e's on the way. Excited to see how brite these new LED's are. What cree's did you use for your blues?

Nice. I've never seen an XT-E in person. The numbers look awesome though.

I used 60 XP-E RB and 6 EP-E B. I posted pics in my build thread.

Got these bad boys in the mail today and let me tell this. I hooked one up to my power supply and this is the single brightest LED I have seen. Super excited to hook these up and see the color change in the tank.

Lol. I bet you weren't able to resist the urge to look directly at it, could you? What were you running it at?

Somebody wants a few neutral whites, no? They do a good job of rounding out the limited spectrum in a traditional cw/rb build.

I still need to get some thermal adhesive, pop off the cheap China leds and then add the new ones. Once I do I will post the difference up.
