Dumb computer question

My uncle has been on my computer and now the arrows that allow me to scroll are gone. How do I get them back? The bar is still there but no darn arrows. I have been using the arrow buttons on the key pad. Believe me I tried google first.

When my kids use my computer i suddenly have three different "helpful" toolbars installed that i never wanted. That can mess up alot of your configurations on your browser I've discovered. Are you talking about the scroll bar that runs vertically down the right side of your internet browser screen? Or are you talking about the arrow keys on your keyboard?

Do what i just did and go to google and search for 'google chrome scrollbar". It's a known issue.

Ya it is a known bug with the current version and hopefully will be fixed in future releases, although many people have reported that installing this extension brought the buttons back
