Etss reef devil skimmer for sale

I picked up this skimmer in a recent purchase and it works great!! I am going to go a different route so I do not need it. It comes with a rio 2100 and has all the necessary plumbing. I will post pictures of it this evening. It does have a small chip on the part on the collection cup that slides into the tube. It does not affect performance at all. The skimmer will be totally clean and ready to go. 120$ plus shipping.

Does it have to be in the sump or can it be out the outside as well?

According to the link above, it can do either. I think the only thing that has to go internal to the sump, is the pump if that's the type of pump you use.

i have an etss skimmer and it is nuts. but mine is alot bigger.. they are good skimmers wish mine was an internal one though

Just saw these replies. Yes it can be used as a in sump or external. I am sure you could run the pump externally if you wanted to but the rio 2100 it comes with is an in sump pump.

Do you think this skimmer will be enough for my 58 gallon? If so I will take it off your hands just need to come up with a little extra cash.

Definitely. That is what it was on before. Just don't need it right now. I need to build a stand and canopy and that is going to take me quite some time. And this money is going to fund the purchase of a good slab of walnut!
