Hey all,
Anyone feed these? Not sure the brand. Got them in a bulk pack a while back when GBR was still around. I typically defrost them in tank water and then add them but they break up into crap fairly quickly. Am I suppose to feed them still frozen? Never tried that so thought I would see if anyone else uses them. They have just been sitting in my freezer. Thanks!
