Recently just bought a kole tang and turbo snails. 5 minutes into the tank the blennys knocking over the snails and the fox face is biting at the kole.


What's the plan-of-attack here? I'm for taking the two aggressors back to the store and getting whatever. But my grandfather ( helps with the tank and partially funds ) is erm well extelremely against that. What is your opinion? I'm at a loss if I do what I want he said he'll back out of the tank completely.

They might work it out. My foxface was a jerk when i added my yellow tang but the tang hid for a day and then slowly came out and i fed alot during that time including nori sheets to keep the foxface's attention somewhere else and now the tang is the boss. If there is fin loss that's when i would get more worried. The tang may get bolder as time goes on. Others may have different opinions especially those more familiar with kole tangs.

Well the fox face is gone was quite a bit of fin loss so I thought better safe than sorry. Thanks for your input

I prefer a peaceful tank, so when someone is acting up, out they go! If I want stress I can just go to work! lol
