fish drugs?

So last couple of fish I got died and I assume it's from the stress of being taken out of their environment and put into a 10 gallon QT. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a product that helps fish relax and calm down quicker than they would normally? Fish drugs? Fish pot or valium??

I actually used this at Don's when we got new livestock in, and it worked great. The livestock was visibly less stressed while drip acclimating.
