found these crawling on the glass in my refugium today. i know they are flat worms but does anyone know what kind they are? Does anybody know the best way to get rid of them? I have heard of people using flatworm exit but i dont like using chemicals in my tank unless absolutely necessary. Also have heard some wrasses eat them and i am looking for another fish to add to my tank and i do like wrasses anoyone know what kind? also i have only found about six of these guys so far and i siphoned them all out with airline tubing and they where all on the glass none one the sand or rocks that i can see, So they are not out of control yet.

6 line wrasse, these fish can be extremely mean towards your other fish.
They are very colorful, and not nice at all.
Yet they extremely helpful in flatworm control.

melanarus and yellow coris are excellent choices for controlling pests such as flatworms. And they're pretty docile towards other fish as well.

I have a 6-line that isn't mean at all.....good sized and very pretty. Also has been doing a good job on my bristleworm outbreak!
