I am an Orvis endorsed fly fishing guide. I got certified in 2006 and did some guiding on the Eagle and Blue rivers. I no longer work for a guide service but I live in Bailey near the South Platte. I have been fishing it pretty regularly and it's been a lot of fun. If anyone would like to learn how to fly fish or just needs a guide, let me know. I am willing to trade this service for frags and/or cash. Normally a fly fishing guide could cost you upwards of $275 for one person 1/2 day. I would not charge any where near that as I don't have the overhead of a shop, employees, or inventory. I have an extra rod and reel if you need and plenty of flies. Pm me if you are interested. I am available just about every Saturday, except over MACNA weekend of course!

I dont need a guide and I dont need to learn how to fly fish as Im an avid fly fisherman myself, but Im always looking for new fishing buddies and new spots if that interests you.

sounds good to me! I'm usually out fishing by myself, so some company would be nice. Let me know if you are ever headed this way.

I have always wanted to learn to fly fish, but just never got around to it. I will have to keep you in mind for the future should I decide to take the plunge.
