Can you describe / link what a spectral controller is?

the spectral controller allows you to program timers, dawn/dust cycle, super easy to set up less than 5 minutes no computer software needed.

1 360 is gone, also have an a150 new in box that i didnt list above, i plugged it in to try it out and it has a slightly louder hum to it than my other ones, maybe its because its the older model, not sure.

Anyway, I can do that one for $75 if someone wants it.

Wasn't planning on heading up to denver anytime soon, but i have a brand new gooseneck in box thay i will throw in if you wanna make the trip down.
