I've got a Vortech Battery backup up for grabs, but the battery is shot. It puts out 14 volts when plugged in, but quickly drops to about 2 when the power to the battery is cut.
The power supply, cables, and case are good. I've read on reef central about people drilling out the rivets, and putting in a new battery. Cost for a new battery runs around $50, so if you've been looking for a backup for your pumps, this would be much less expensive than buying a new one.
