After having this tank for 8+ months, I've realized that my other tank is about all I can handle and need a new home for this one.

Setup includes:
Fluval Spec 2.5 gallon tank with stock light and pump. The only mod is a piece of plastic glued to the intake to raise the water level. ($40.00)
InTank media basket ($40.00)
Nanomag magnetic cleaner ($10.00)
live rock (epoxied to the back wall)
live sand

Heater is not included. I would recommend drilling a hole down through the media basket to hold whatever heater you put in, which I never got around to doing. The water level in the pump chamber fluctuates too much for a heater to be effective or to not burn out.

Tank is fully cycled. There are some snails that made it through the cleanup. There are some pods of some sort that live on the sand. There was an emerald crab at one point, but I haven't seen him in a while. No aptasia or other pests that I can see. Tank does creep salt, probably because I ran it without the cover.

$30 cash for everything, which is less than what the media basket alone cost. Leaving for vacation on Monday, so I would like to sell this by Sunday night. I'm available for pickup Saturday and Sunday about a mile west of the Flatirons Mall just off of 36. Not interested in trades at this time, thanks.

The salt creep is all part of the "my other tank is all I can handle" bit. This Fluval literally sits 3 feet away from me 8+ hours a day, and I can't be bothered to wipe off some salt :)

The outside of the tank will be wiped down before the happy buyer takes it home...

Just teasing you and understand about not enough time in one day. Free bump for a steal of a price on a cute desktop tank.
