Looks like a snail without a shell,its white with brown spots.
could not get a good pic before it went into the sand.

sounds like it could be a stomatella snail

I have some stomatella's in the tank,It looked alot more white than the images on google. and the brown spots were like a pattern down the back. but it could be do they grow that hard white shell.

If it doesn't have a shell, I would guess it would be a flat worm. The copepod eating type of flat worm gets relatively large, is white, and could appear to have spots if it just had a snack.
